The Bullet is an ultralight aircraft intended for recreational andsport activities, not for transportation purposes.
Maximum altitude: 200 m.Recommended entertainment flight height:3-5 m.Endurance: 20 minutes with a 75 kg pilot (20% safety batteryreserve, sea level, no wind). Maximum flight range: up to 20 km
The Bullet is designed as a single-seat ultralight aircraft and cancarry one person only.
You must frst determine whether the area is restricted airspace orfyable airspace.Flying is not allowed in restricted zones.In flyableareas, flights below 120 m require airspace declaration.
Since the empty weight is below 116 kg, it qualifes as an ultralightaircraft under CCAR-91, and no airworthiness certifcate is required.
According to regulations, ultralight aircraft pilots are not required tohold an aviation license or medical certifcate.However, SMD UAVprovides training programs and will issue pilot certifcates afterassessment.

SMD UAV provides a 1-year warranty.Damage caused by improper operation will require maintenance coststo be paid by the user.
